Your $20 USD/month subscription unlocks your workspace. Each billing period you receive 5,000 credits—about $50 USD of nominal usage value at our standard rate (100 credits = $1 USD); the subscription fee is billed separately—and your tenant, API access, sandbox, governance, and email support.
Usage draws from your credit balance as tokens are consumed. Token rates are billed in credits using the same math as the rest of the product (for example, input and output token pricing per million). When you need more capacity, you can top up with additional credit packs from billing.
